Personal data means any information concerning the user and referable to him. To allow navigation of the Website and the use of the related Services (such as, for example, creating a personal area, making purchases, sending a spontaneous application and getting in touch with WAGE Italia S.r.l.), the processing may concern:

 

 

Navigation data

 

In case of access and navigation of the Website, WAGE Italia S.r.l. in general and each for the respective areas of competence, navigation data through cookies or other tracking technologies.

 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation and automatically, some personal navigation data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

e-mail address, date of birth and information relating to biological sex for subscribing to the newsletter;

name, surname, place and date of birth, residence, citizenship, telephone numbers, e-mail address, as well as the additional data indicated in the curriculum vitae (such as education, professional experience, personal interests, image), in the cover letter and / or in the application form, including those revealing racial or ethnic origin and those relating to health, to submit your application;

name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, order number and any additional data provided when completing the request form or by telephone to request assistance or take advantage of customer care;

name, surname, date of birth, information relating to biological sex, telephone numbers, e-mail address, password and any additional data provided in the compilation of the profile for the creation of a personal account;

name, surname, nationality, residential address, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, information relating to the product chosen and purchased, information relating to the selected payment method (such as the type of credit / debit card, card, expiry date, etc.) to proceed with the purchase of the selected product and fulfill the related legal and contractual obligations;

  1. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASES OF THE PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE PROVISION

The Data is processed for the following purposes:

 

  1. a) allow navigation of the Website, obtain anonymous static information on its use, as well as check its correct functioning and ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes (hereinafter "Browsing the Website"). The processing carried out by WAGE has a legal basis in the legitimate interest of the same (Article 6.1 f) of the Regulations);

 

  1. b) processing of the purchase order for the selected products, fulfillment of the concluded contract and all legal and contractual obligations related to it, including those in administrative, accounting and tax matters (hereinafter "Product purchase"). The processing carried out by WAGE has a legal basis in the execution of the contract (Article 6.1 b) of the Regulations), as well as in the fulfillment of the obligations connected to it (Article 6.1 c) of the Regulations);

 

  1. c) customer care, also for the purpose of managing any requests and / or complaints, as well as returns (hereinafter "Customer care"). The processing carried out by the Data Controllers has a legal basis in the execution of the contract and pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1 b) of the Regulations);

 

  1. d) allow subscription to the newsletter and sending communications with informative and promotional content of WAGE Italia S.r.l. products, services and events (hereinafter "Newsletter"). The processing carried out by WAGE finds its legal basis in the express consent (Article 6.1 a) of the Regulations);

 

  1. e) sending communications with commercial and promotional content of WAGE Italia S.r.l. products and services, similar to those purchased so-called soft spam (hereinafter "Soft Spam"). The processing carried out by the Data Controllers has a legal basis in the legitimate interest (Article 6.1 f) of the Regulations);

 

  1. f) analysis of the interests, purchasing habits and tastes of the user to allow the Company to customize the offer of its products and services, as well as to send further communications in line with the interests of the customer (hereinafter "Profiling") . The processing carried out by WAGE finds its legal basis in the express consent (Article 6.1 a) of the Regulations);

  1. h) verification of the correspondence between the buyer and the holder of the selected payment method (hereinafter "Anti-Fraud Activities"). The processing carried out by WAGE has a legal basis in the legitimate interest of the same (Article 6.1 f) of the Regulations);

 

  1. i) evaluation of the professional profile and possible selection process aimed at establishing an employment relationship or professional collaboration (hereinafter "Selection").   1. j) exercise and defense of the rights of the Holders in any venue, including judicial, administrative, in arbitration and / or mediation and conciliation procedures (hereinafter "Defense").   1. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Data Controllers keep the Data for the period of time strictly necessary to pursue the respective purposes for which said Data were collected. Specifically, the Data processed for the purpose of:

 

Purchase of the products, will be kept for the entire duration of the relationship and, in any case, until the prescription of the rights deriving from the relationship itself;

Customer care, will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose;

Newsletters will be kept as long as the user's consent is not revoked;

Soft Spam will be kept as long as the right of opposition is not exercised by the user;

Profiling will be kept for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of collection of the same;

Personal Area, will be kept until the user closes the profile which can be requested at any time;

Selection will be kept for a period of one year from the date of collection of the same;

Without prejudice, however, to the right to revoke consent for those treatments that are based on this legal basis, the right to object to the processing, as well as the fulfillment of specific conservation obligations established by law and the exercise of the right of defense in case of dispute.

 

  1. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

With reference to the Data, the right to ask WAGE Italia S.r.l. in the manner indicated in the Regulations and without prejudice to the provisions and limitations set forth in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Part I - Title I - Chapter III):

 

access, in the cases provided for (Article 15 of the Regulations);

the correction of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete ones (Article 16 of the Regulations);

the deletion of data for the reasons provided (Article 17 of the Regulation), such as for example when they are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes indicated above or are not processed in compliance with the Regulation;

the limitation of processing for the foreseen hypotheses (Article 18 of the Regulations), as in the case of the accuracy of the data and it is necessary to verify its correctness;

portability, i.e. the right to receive, in the cases provided for (Article 20 of the Regulation), the data in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device and to transmit said data to another data controller;

opposition to processing, in the cases provided for (Article 21 of the Regulations).

The right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the user or which affects in a similar way significantly on his person, is also recognized, if he has not previously and explicitly provided his own consent (Article 22 of the Regulations). By way of example and not limited to, this category includes any form of automated processing of personal data aimed at analyzing or predicting aspects relating to consumption and purchase choices, the economic situation, interests, reliability, behavior.

 

  1. COMPLAINT

If the user believes that the processing violates the provisions contained in the Regulations, the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data is provided as indicated in art. 77 of the Regulation itself.

 

  1. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

For the provision of the Services, the Data may be transferred to third countries. In this case, the Data Controllers undertake to ensure that the transfer of Data to said countries takes place in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and, specifically, in the presence of adequate guarantees (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, etc. .).
